1. Agreement and Operator
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Aasim Mistry LLC (“Elvantoq”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the operator of the Elvantoq service. They apply when you access or use https://elvantoq.com, the Elvantoq application or related features and services (the “Service”).
By creating an account, connecting a third-party account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts
The Service is intended for professional use by individuals and organisations. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet any minimum age requirement imposed by applicable law. You agree to provide accurate, current account information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Notify us promptly at contact@elvantoq.com if you suspect unauthorised access or use.
3. The Service
Elvantoq provides tools intended to help professionals plan and manage their professional presence. Depending on availability, your plan and third-party permissions, features may include profile information management, content planning, AI-assisted drafting and editing, approval workflows, LinkedIn account connection and content publishing.
Features may be changed, added, limited, suspended or discontinued. Some features depend on third-party services, API access, permissions and technical availability. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available to every user or in every location.
4. LinkedIn and Other Third-Party Services
LinkedIn is a separate third-party service and is not owned, controlled or operated by Elvantoq. To connect LinkedIn, you must use LinkedIn's own authorisation process. You must comply with LinkedIn's User Agreement, policies and applicable developer/API requirements.
Elvantoq can access LinkedIn information or perform LinkedIn actions only to the extent supported by LinkedIn, approved for our application and authorised by you. Permissions may be limited, changed, suspended or withdrawn by LinkedIn. We do not guarantee continued access to any LinkedIn API, product, permission or feature.
Do not provide us with your LinkedIn password. You may disconnect LinkedIn through available Elvantoq controls or revoke the application's access through LinkedIn. Your use of LinkedIn remains subject to LinkedIn's User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
5. Your Content and AI Output
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, to the extent you own or have rights to that content. You grant Elvantoq a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the Service to you, including processing your requests and providing features you choose to use.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions and lawful bases necessary to submit, upload, use and publish content through the Service. You must not submit content that infringes another person's rights, violates law, breaches confidentiality obligations or violates applicable platform rules.
Elvantoq uses OpenAI to provide AI-assisted features. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or unsuitable. You must independently review AI output and verify facts, names, claims, rights, disclosures and suitability before relying on or publishing it. AI output is not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, rights in AI-generated output are subject to applicable law and third-party rights. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, non-infringing or suitable for a particular purpose. Similar output may be generated for other users.
6. LinkedIn Publishing and Your Approval
Where LinkedIn publishing is enabled and authorised, you instruct Elvantoq to submit the specific content you have approved to the LinkedIn account and destination shown in the Service. You are responsible for checking the content, destination, visibility and accompanying media before approving publication.
Elvantoq is designed to require your review and affirmative approval before submitting a post. Approval applies to the content and destination presented for approval. If you edit the content or change the destination after approval, a new approval may be required.
Once submitted to LinkedIn, display, distribution, availability, editing, deletion and performance are controlled by LinkedIn. We cannot guarantee successful publication, reach, engagement, continued availability or removal from LinkedIn. You remain responsible for monitoring your LinkedIn account and complying with LinkedIn's rules.
Do not use Elvantoq to publish spam, misleading claims, unlawful content, unsolicited bulk content or content that violates LinkedIn's policies or the rights of others.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to, and not to help another person to:
- use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory or harmful purposes;
- violate LinkedIn's terms, API restrictions, rate limits, permissions or other third-party rules;
- scrape, crawl, harvest or collect data from LinkedIn or another service except through expressly authorised methods;
- bypass authentication, security controls, approval requirements, usage limits or access restrictions;
- probe, scan, disrupt, damage or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure or other users;
- upload malware or attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data;
- use the Service to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation, qualifications or authority; or
- resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, text, graphics and other materials created by or for Elvantoq, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
Elvantoq, its name, logo and related branding may not be used without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law. LinkedIn names, logos and marks belong to LinkedIn and may be used only in accordance with LinkedIn's applicable brand guidelines.
9. Fees, Plans and Payments
If paid plans or features are offered, their prices, billing frequency, included features, taxes and applicable renewal or cancellation terms will be presented before purchase. You agree to pay the charges disclosed at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, subscriptions may renew for successive billing periods until cancelled. You may cancel using account or billing controls provided or by contacting us. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, unless applicable law or checkout terms require otherwise. Refunds are governed by the terms presented at purchase and applicable law. If no paid plan is offered to you, this section creates no payment obligation.
10. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain and protect personal information. You should review it before using the Service. You must not submit personal information or confidential material that you are not authorised to provide.
11. Availability, Changes and Support
We aim to keep the Service available and functioning, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, security events, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may update, modify or discontinue features. We may provide notices about material changes through the Service or by email where appropriate. Support is available through contact@elvantoq.com; response times are not guaranteed unless separately agreed.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting contact@elvantoq.com. You should disconnect third-party integrations if you no longer want them connected.
We may suspend or restrict access, or terminate an account, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created a security or legal risk, misused the Service, failed to pay amounts due, or where suspension is required by law or a third-party platform. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We will handle personal information and LinkedIn-derived data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, applicable law and LinkedIn's applicable requirements.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that use of Elvantoq will increase profile views, followers, leads, revenue, engagement, business opportunities or any other outcome. We do not control LinkedIn, OpenAI or other third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, decisions, policies or actions.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data or anticipated savings arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to the Operator for the Service during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have used only a free version of the Service, the cap will be the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Operator and its personnel from third-party claims, liabilities, damages and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct or liability that cannot be shifted to you by law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the Service, technology or legal requirements change. We will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the Service or by email. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights and mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply to you remain unaffected. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at contact@elvantoq.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
18. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any terms presented when you purchase a paid plan or use a specific feature, form the agreement between you and the Operator concerning the Service.
